By accessing or using the NADRYX public website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Separate obligations may apply to authorized personnel using the internal system.

The public website provides general information about NADRYX, its technology direction and intended capabilities. Public content is informational and may describe systems or features that continue to evolve. It is not an offer, contractual commitment, technical specification or guarantee of availability or performance.

The NADRYX Command Center and related internal routes are private systems for authorized NADRYX personnel only. You must not attempt to access them without authorization, share credentials, bypass access controls or use another person's account. Authorized users are responsible for protecting their credentials and promptly reporting suspected compromise through the Contact page.

You must use the website and any authorized access lawfully. You must not:

• probe, scan, disrupt or attempt to defeat security or access controls;
• introduce malicious code, overload infrastructure or interfere with other users;
• scrape, extract or systematically copy content except as permitted by law;
• misrepresent your identity, authorization or relationship with NADRYX;
• use the website or its content to infringe rights or engage in unlawful activity.

The website, NADRYX names and marks, visual systems, text, graphics, software, interfaces and other content are owned by or licensed to NADRYX and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No right or licence is granted except the limited right to access the public website for its intended informational purpose.

You are responsible for information you submit through the Contact page and must have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential, classified, export-controlled, unlawful or third-party restricted material through the public form.

You permit NADRYX to use submitted information as reasonably necessary to review and respond to your enquiry, operate and protect its systems, and comply with law. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

The website may link to third-party services, including LinkedIn and X. NADRYX does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Accessing a third-party service is at your discretion and subject to its terms.

NADRYX may update, suspend, restrict or discontinue public content or platform functions at any time. The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, security measures, network conditions or events beyond reasonable control. References to future functionality are subject to change and do not create a delivery obligation.

NADRYX information, visualizations, observations and outputs do not replace licensed surveying, engineering, construction-safety, legal or regulatory advice. They must not be treated as the sole basis for safety-critical, compliance, design, certification or site-control decisions. Qualified professionals remain responsible for independent verification and professional judgment.

NADRYX does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NADRYX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the public website or reliance on its informational content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

NADRYX may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, internal system or applicable law. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
